After a four-year stint as the service director for Bobby Flay in midtown Manhattan, Michael Hildebrandt spent the last ten years managing and operating various restaurant concepts for two luxury resorts in the Turks and Caicos Islands. While driving an award-winning wine and food pairing program for the flagship restaurant of Seven Stars Resort & Spa, he most recently opened The Farm on Grace Bay—a “farm to table” concept inspired by the on-site hydroponic farm. His passion is creating exceptional guest experiences, defined by delicious food, exquisite wine, and wonderful company.
