Chef Castulo Perdomo Caba is originally from the Dominican Republic and is now proud to call New Rochelle home. Chef Castulo is bringing over a decade of culinary and hospitality experience right here to his own community. With a degree in Hospitality Management and years spent running his own successful handcrafted catering business, Castulo's approach to food is deeply rooted in local connection, classic technique, and above all - creating memorable dining experiences for his neighbors. 

In addition to his work leading high-volume kitchens and developing standout menus, Castulo is a dedicated culinary educator who loves mentoring aspiring chefs, giving back to the local culinary community, and turning classic techniques into simple, joyful experiences.
